I bought a 2009 Ford Ranger from sales Dean & Gino I also met the owner BJ I needed some line to work with me on credit issues. Dean came through with no pressure and the problems that needing fixing after my purchase, and they came through!.. The mechanic they sent me to fixed AC and other items I didn't even ask for. I Highly recommend you check them out nice selection on cars and the place is clean and updated for small custom car lot.. I will check them out for my next car and also send them others. The absolute best price especially for an OC dealership. Great location in city of Orange. Very professional and great experience. I'm so glad I purchased from Dean my Sienna Limited 2013 minivan. I love my it! My friend's and family love it too. They said looks like a brand new minivan inside and out. I will buy from him again and I will refer everyone to him. My boyfriend came and works on cars. He looked at it after seeing many bad ones. He said how great this one is. I highly recommend this dealership! I would give 10 stars if I could and I have never done that on any review. Normally looking for a car can be a painful experience but not here. It was excellent! Very down to earth and friendly! I can't say enough!! Go there and see for yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised from the very start online emails contacted through Cargurus and OC Craigslist. I recently bought a used car from b&j and had a great experience. The customer service was solid from the beginning. The car was in excellent shape and had been serviced recently. Dean even gave the car a final wash while we went to the bank to get a cashiers check, since it had gotten dusty from recent heavy winds. It was kind of a drive for us since we're located in LA, but it was worth it and we're very happy with our car!

I contacted B&J Car Company through CarGurus in regards to the 2013 Toyota Sienna that they had listed. Dean got in touch and answered all my questions. I set up an appointment to see the car for a time convenient to me as I was traveling from over 2 hours away. Dean showed me the car, which was freshly washed and detailed. It was exactly as described online. Drove the car and when I returned, Dean had calculated the out the door price that worked for me. He wrote up the paperwork and I was driving my Toyota Sienna back home within an hour and half of when I had arrived. We've owned about a dozen cars over the years, and this was by far the best car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend B&J Car Company and Dean. They're fair, considerate, and straightforward and I'm very pleased with the car that I got.
